Is It Serving You?

Wrapping up our time in Playa Del Carmen and I've realized that I'm in a season of concentrated improvement. In this episode, I lean heavily on a philosophy that I gleaned from my good friend Greg E. Hill: "Get 0.1% better every day." And, to do that, you have to get rid of things that aren't improving you. What is distracting you from being the you that you want to be and what will it take for you to get there?
