No spoiler alerts but seeing Creed III reminded me that, for many Black men across America, survivor's remorse is a triggering norm. This episode focuses on the fact that those of us who consider ourselves to have attained a level of success cannot fail because of the people who positioned themselves against insurmountable odds so that I can be here now living the life that I do.
