Yonda is Here!

On this episode, I had the pleasure of kicking it with my longtime friend, fellow Spartan, and all around good Black man, Quay Weston. We discussed everything from his hometown of Pantego, NC to the fact that, in the words of the legendary Gil Scott-Heron, Whitey is on the moon. But, most importantly, we focused on his new book, Yonda.
