This past week, I had the privilege of having my pastor and friend, Dr. Dorrell Brisoce, on Narratives Over Wine & Whiskey to discuss his first book, There's A Storm Comin': How the American Church Can Lead Through Times of Racial Crisis. Within a week of the book's release, Dorrell was interviewed by CNN, ABC, and other media outlets. This book, released at what appears to be a reckoning point for America in its troublesome history, can help Christians, especially white Christians, really step up and fight for their black brothers and sisters at a time where we can either continue on the same path or take a turn in the right direction.
The conversation with Dorrell was fun and insightful. Very proud of what he's done and can't wait to dive into the book, which was supposed to come out on June 10th but he released it early. I've got my autographed copy of There's a Storm Comin' on the way and you can get yours too by visiting https://www.dorrellbriscoe.com/, as well as connect with him on social media from his website.
